I want to thank Mr. Baldwin for creating a website for our office. I was particularly impressed with how fast he worked, He performed all aspects of it's creation, from soup to nuts, obtaining digital photos and assisting me in choosing and name and hosting site. He has remained helpful in editing and revising the site. His fee was more than competitive. I can't recommend Denis highly enough.

I wouldn't say that Brutus is untrusting. Probably just wondering why you always point that strange mechanism at him and talk to him like a child.

I personally think Brutus makes fantastic action shots. You can't capture his charisma while he sits still.

@Christina - Yeah, running a business will be a bit tough, regardless of which route you plan on taking. If you do decide to buy a business though, there are a lot of different sources you can turn to. One is BizTrader.com. It's an online global marketplace where you can buy or sell a business. You can also use it to find a lender, broker, etc. I also suggest browsing some books and magazines and checking out any local small business groups. They all can provide good up-to-date information. Good luck!

Interesting post. I'll have to keep it in mind, because I'd love to run my own business soon. It'll obviously be challenging, so I can use all the help I can get. I want to buy a business rather than start one from scratch. I've thought about a franchise or something home-based, but I don't know. Do you have any suggestions? Advice? Thanks.

CRM has evolved from database marketing and its key use still remains marketing products and services to new and existing customers.

vendors have added many bells and whistles to the basic contact management and database managers that are the progenitors of CRM; however the fundamental use of CRM still remains the same.
