I recently was asked to photograph same-sex (and a few traditional) couples for the July Creative Loafing Gay Wedding issue. I shot over 70 portraits (along with over 600 shots of the event). I used a Gary Fong dome with my light levels adjusted to give that warm halo glow that all wedding parties want. No stark flash and everyone looked so beautiful.
